The menu included handmade pastas, flavorful sauces, succulent roasts, lovingly seasoned vegetables, and rustic desserts. From start to finish, attendee’s experienced a deep and complete immersion in the art of Italian dining, which combines centuries-old culinary traditions with the pleasures of good company, never-ending conversation, and, of course, venerable wines. Helping to keep the table banter flowing freely for hours, only the finest Italian vintages were served. Each selection complemented a different course and highlighted the diversity of Italy’s various wine-growing regions.
