Miami, FL – October 24, 2017 – Azabu Miami Beach, the authentic Japanese restaurant anticipated to open this Winter, had their pop up in a commissary kitchen in the heart of Wynwood. Azabu Miami Beach is set to be Miami’s newest starred Japanese concept where guests can enjoy an authentic and intimate dining experience. Originating in NYC, as Sushi Azabu in Tribeca, the Azabu brand has been awarded a Michelin Star for six consecutive years and is now excited to bring its culinary expertise to the heart of vibrant Miami Beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood. The Miami restaurant led by Chef Masatsugu(Masa) Kubo and Chef Kennichi Fujimoto, mesh two Japanese culinary concepts. The main dining is a robata concept and the second concept is a hidden room in the back called ‘The Den’ which will be a 16-seat counter serving only authentic Japanese sushi. The menu will feature innovative dishes curated especially for Miami by using exclusively sourced ingredients.
