PARLOR Showroom New York Pop-Up at Miami Beach Woman’s Club
Miami Beach, FL – April 7 – 10, 2016 – PARLOR Showroom New York unpacked its fashionable bags and transformed the Miami Beach Woman’s Club into a stylish haven for bold, independent and emerging designers last week from April 7-10. PARLOR Miami featured a curated selection of modern women’s fashion with collectable accessories and sleek home goods by celebrated designers including And Social Studies, Bower NYC, Kaelen, Lee Savage, Norma Kamali, Rachel Comey, TBA, Timo Weiland, and Tonya Hawkes. The lifestyle pop up is a concept born by Founder and Creative Director, Taylor Anne Abess who aims to introduce Miami’s most fashion-forward social set to advanced ready-to-wear designers and independent home and design brands in a chic, exclusive environment.
Throughout the duration of the four day pop-up series, PARLOR Miami and various partners invited guests to engage in experiences that encouraged interaction and socialization offering guests a unique experience every day. Activations included hair and makeup touchups by mobile beauty app, GLAMSQUAD, martini bars, morning yoga with Asha Elias, a Jojo Tea Den, meditation, happy hours sponsored by TIQO, and a Gigi brunch on Sunday. Fashion forward female DJs including DJ YSL, DJ Sasha Lauzon and DJ Coco Hara spun at the PARLOR pop-up throughout the weekend.
