Bal Harbour, FL – November 4, 2015 – Fortune International Group and Chateau Group – the developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach – teamed up with Ocean Drive Magazine to host a private broker event at the Ralph Lauren store in Bal Harbor Shops. The event drew a veritable who’s who in the Miami broker community and the group was welcomed by Suran Kym, the general manager of the Ralph Lauren store. Brokers were invited to preview a new antique jewelry collection and Ralph Lauren’s Spring 2016 fashions. Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune and Manuel Grosskopf of Chateau highlighted the evening by awarding Paula Gallego of Turnberry International Realty the Top Selling Broker Award, presenting her with a weekend trip to The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park and a $500 Ralph Lauren shopping spree while in New York.
