Miami, FL – January 3, 2013 – South Florida music buffs lined up on Friday night to check out the latest and greatest music sensation, and no we’re not just talking about any typical pop-star. Presented in partnership with the Knight Foundation, Jackie Evancho, the 13 year old singing sensation from Pittsburgh finally made her anticipated debut at the Arsht Center and gave an incredbile performance that captivated admirers with music from her latest album “Songs from the Silver Screen.” Evancho first stole audiences hearts with her performance on NBC’s variety show “America’s Got Talent”, which left the judges astonished that such a perfect, beautiful, soprano voice could come from such a young girl. Although she was the runner-up in the competition, she is certainly on the fast-track to immense success, as she now has a recording deal and is touring around the country.
