Miami Beach, FL – July 14, 2019 – We started our morning at Muscle Beach where two teams of girls went head to head to compete for the chance to donate $1,000 to their charity of choice. Teams were lead by expert fitness trainers BabyMommaFit and Jungle Johanna. After the race, we headed to the Mondrian South Beach for a relaxing brunch, bottomless mimosas, and a panel discussion led by YesJulz, with special panelists Yovanna Ventura and Valeria Orsini which touched on the importance of mental health & physical wellness as a woman in our digital age.
