Miami Beach, FL – May 2, 2019 – The National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) invited supporters to gather at the home of Ellie and Bruce Taub in Miami Beach to celebrate a successful YoungArts season. Guests were welcomed by Bruce Taub and YoungArts VP of Development Stacey Glassman Mizener before experiencing inspiring performances by Mercedes Ferreira-Dias (2019 YoungArts Winner in Voice), Pascal Le Boeuf (2004 YoungArts Winner in Classical Music and Jazz), Elena Gonzalez (2018 YoungArts Winner in Theater & U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts) and Ishmael Gonzalez (2018 YoungArts Winner in Theater & U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts). The evening closed with the evening’s host, Bruce Taub, joining in on an impromptu piano duet with Le Boeuf. Throughout the evening, guests sampled a lovely selection of wines and champagne, along with sweet and savory catered treats provided by Egg Whites, including grilled tiger shrimp with papaya and mango, herb Dijon-crusted lamb chops with minted ginger, miso-roasted black cod fillet and mini Maine lobster rolls. Notable attendees included YoungArts Trustee Steven Marks and his wife Oxana, Maurice Zarmati, Illona and Chad Oppenheim, Diane and Alan Lieberman, Bill Jones, and Remi and Oti Roberts, among others.
