Miami, FL – April 18, 2019 – White House Cabinet member and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross met with Miami’s most influential business figures Thursday night at the headquarters of Rokk3r Inc. and Rokk3r Fuel for a conversation on tax reform and the economy, further establishing the companies’ role as drivers of South Florida’s flourishing tech and venture capital scene.

The private gathering, held in partnership with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, featured heavy hitters, such as: Rokk3r Fuel Managing Director Jeff Ransdell; Rokk3r Chief Chief Strategy Officer German Montoya; Kamyar Kaviani, co-CEO of Bolt Mobility; Taxfyle CEO Richard Laviña; former Sunglass Hut co-owner & CEO Dean Ziff; Miami Dade College President Eduardo Padron; Ryder System (NYSE: R) CEO Robert Sanchez, GMCC President Alfred Sanchez and others.

Prior to the roundtable, the Secretary toured the Rokk3r and Rokk3r Fuel offices, marveling at the technologies created their select portfolio companies, including Admobilize, HYP3R, and BOLT, before signing Rokk3r Fuel’s “Wall of Fame.”
