Hey Mama & Beach Club Host Mama & Mini Bash at 1 Hotel South Beach

Miami Beach, FL – March 2, 2019 – HeyMama partnered with the Beach Club at 1 hotel to create this special day for their mama members and their little ones. Megan Murphy-Bratich, Local HeyMama Community Manager, Member and Founder of Get The People, brought together an experience for members centered around mindfulness and how to tap into one’s authentic power.

The day kicked off with an enchanting butterfly release that truly lit the children’s faces with joy and awe. From their they got their bodies moving with a Yomu class designed to connect with your inner power through an energizing yoga, breathing, meditation and music taught by Cynthia Zak-Preuss and Allegra Preuss. After yoga the mama & mini’s had the very special treat of working with Gina Gorelik, Founder of Moon and Jai to make sacred crystal amulets that symbolize power and strength.
