Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2019 – Miami City Ballet opened Program Three with Justin Peck’s Miami-inspired masterpiece, Heatscape, the romantic and joyous The Flower Festival in Genzano Pas de Deux, and two groundbreaking Balanchine works: Duo Concertant and The Four Temperaments. Over 125 guests, including MCB Board Members, supporters and MCB dancers attended the post-performance members-only Artist’s Circle Reception at BRAVA by Brad Kilgore, sponsored by Wynwood Business Improvement District. MCB Executive Director Tania Castroverde Moskalenko welcomed attendees and presented Rhoda and Morris Levitt with a plaque, recognizing them for underwriting the evening’s performance of Heatscape. Chris Hoffman of Wynwood BID also addressed the guests and spoke on the growing partnership with Miami City Ballet.
