Lunch Hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli & Gregory Gourreau at Juvia
Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2019 – It’s no secret that the rooftop restaurant Juvia Miami Beach is a place to see and be-seen for both locals and visitors alike. For this midday affair during the Festival, guests will enjoy the seemingly translucent glass walls offering a sprawling view of South Beach while the palate is satiated by a collaborative lunch from Juvia Chef Gregory Gourreau and Food Network personality and celebrated Chef Alex Guarnaschelli. These two culinary maestros share a background rooted in French cuisine, having collectively trained under the influences of renowned chefs like Daniel Boulud. In addition to running the popular New York City hotspot Butter, Guarnaschelli is a Food Network Iron Chef known for her discerning feedback as a recurring judge on the hit primetime series Chopped. Together, these masterminds will guide diners through an expertly-crafted culinary journey during this collaborative Festival lunch accompanied by wines from the Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits portfolio.
