Cristal Dinner Hosted by Xavier Barlier, Guillaume Goupil, Pascal Hainigue & Laëtitia Rouabah at La Gorce Country Club

Chef Rouabah has an extensive history working with Alain Ducasse, and is recognized for her respect of quintessential French bistro fare and adding a contemporary twist to the menu.
Executive Chef Guillaume Goupil helms the Michelin-starred kitchen at Le Baudelaire, known for his keen attention to seasonal produce and reinventing classic dishes utilizing exceptional technique. He will be joined by Le Burgundy pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue, who is passionate about mixing the basics with a dash of modern reinterpretation at both the restaurant and the gourmet tea time tradition held in the atrium of the hotel. Together, this haute trio of talent will treat diners the the ultimate French dining experience in one of Miami Beach’s most iconic settings. This exclusive Festival dinner will be paired with four vintages of the Cristal cuvée from Champagne Louis Roederer.
