Mod Sélection Champagne Preview at Faena

Miami Beach, FL – January 29, 2019 – Guests of Faena Director of Partnerships Sarah Payton and host Ben Arndt gathered inside the Living Room at Faena Hotel to experience Mod Sélection Champagne. The lively group noshed on hors d’oeuvres and enjoyed both expressions of founder Brent Hocking & Drake’s recently released tête de cuvée. Descended from a long line of Growers and Vignerons, Mod Sélection has a legacy dating back to 1892, having produced Champagne in an exclusive enclave of the Vallée de la Marne for over five generations. Only now has this superior drinking cuvée become available for release.
