Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 30, 2018 – More than 800 influential tastemakers, private jet and yacht owners, and elite members of the local business community gathered to kick off the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on Oct. 30 at the annual Wings Wheels Water (WWW) at Sheltair Aviation. This private affair hosted by Sheltair is the largest, most extravagant aircraft, automotive, and watercraft event-showcase and the premier event of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. It once again took place at Sheltair’s centrally located executive facility and private hangar at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and delivered an unforgettable evening, featuring some of the most exquisite, exotic, and in-demand aircrafts, luxury vehicles, and watercrafts on the market. For the second consecutive year, as part of the annual Wings Wheels Water, Sheltair presented a donation to Racing for Cancer, a non-profit organization founded by the winningest American IndyCar driver Ryan Hunter-Reay who was onsite for the check presentation. In addition to the mass of extravagant, high-end vendors on display throughout Sheltair’s private hangar and tarmac, VIP attendees were treated to a stunning red-carpet showcase and live entertainment, with culinary hotspots and high-end brands including DUNE, Etaru, Yakuza, Mastro’s, YOLO, Spatch, Riverside Market, Tarpon River Brewing, Minuit Rose, Fever Tree, and Bacardi USA onsite serving signature bites and cocktails throughout the night.
