Miami, FL – September 29, 2018 – The Maya Macey Foundation awarded a full four year scholarship to Forest Dezore for his academics, leadership and his amazing ability to overcome adversity. Dezore,’s family, friends, teachers, coaches, and principal of Miami Edison Senior High School, as well as the MMF Foundation Board were all present for the inspiring ceremony. The MMF was founded in 2002 in order to honor the memory of Maya Macey.
