Torres is back for the second season, viewers can expect to go along for the ride as Torres takes on a new batch of financially unstable renovation projects turning run down properties into something beautiful. “The Deed” explores a side of real estate that other property shows ignore—an unflinching look at how fortunes are really made in the unpredictable and cutthroat world of real estate flipping and development (CNBC.com).
Torres is no stranger to flipping houses, at the age of twenty years old Torres co-signed a loan to embark on his first renovation, restoring homes in New Orleans back to their Southern charm. Torres is known for his innovative businesses practices at SDT Waste & Debris, which cleaned up the famous French Quarter in New Orleans and changed the way the trash removal industry works after Hurricane Katrina. In the last 15 years, Sidney has developed over $250 million in commercial and residential real estate. In every project, he focuses on getting results that make clients happy. In 2012 he purchased luxury resort The Cove in the Bahamas. Torres invested nearly $20 million on the island, building 75 villas and two restaurants and re-opened the 40-acre property in 2013.

ST: Everything! I have been busier than ever with the show, planning out my new resort, crime app, IV Capitol, and all my other developments.

WRE: Have you faced any obstacles in a years span that have innovated “The Deed”?
ST: Yeah, I have had to learn and improve my voiceovers to narrate the story. In the field it comes second nature to me, so this season I am able to narrate the story with more emotion because I have worked with a voice coach.
