Giralda Place Grand Opening Celebration
Miami, FL – May 24, 2018 – Giralda Place, Downtown Coral Gables’ newest, mixed-use project, combining 33 residences, ground-floor retail and office space – officially celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday evening. The event marked a momentous occasion as the luxury development completes its residential offerings in the thriving epicenter of “The City Beautiful.” More than 200 tastemakers, Giralda Place buyers, city officials, community leaders, and top brokers joined the development team for a sunset rooftop soiree on the sprawling, 7th-floor residential pool deck, overlooking Coral Gables’ skyline and lush treetops. A ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the event with Coral Gables city officials, followed by live music, an aquatic performance, signature cocktails and tours of the project’s mode townhome residence.
