Miami Beach, FL – August 5, 2010 – When I met Keith, he was 23 and opening his first hotel… Sanctuary. I later hosted my own birthday on the amazing rooftop there and needless to say the party went on all night long. Soon after, he started development on the Mondrian South Beach and did what no one thought could be done. He helped bring an amazing, sexy, sultry vibe to the residential West Avenue. The friday night party there was legendary and Sunday, now being hosted by Michael Capponi & Michael Martin, makes the Mondrian the place to sip champagne to end a long weekend and watch the sunset. Now, as Keith turns 30, I am excited to watch him complete his third major South Beach project and bring the Shelborne back to its orginal glamour and grandeur that the hotel had in the early days of Miami Beach. Its been great watching Keith grow up and change the face of our city. Happy birthday!
