Miami Beach, FL – February 25, 2018 – Chef, restaurateur, popular Food Network personality, cookbook author, and self-proclaimed carnivore Michael Symon closed out the SOBEWFF as host of this epic beach barbecue taking place under SOBEWFF signature white tents nestled on the sparkling sands at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach! In anticipation of his next cookbook Playing with Fire (Clarkson Potter, April 2018), Symon helped SOBEWFF round up more than 30 of the nation’s top grill maestros to churn out mouth-watering samplings of beef, pork, poultry, and more cooked low and slow. These savory samplings were accompanied by wines & spirits and upbeat tunes to cap off the carnivorous celebration!
