Miami, FL – February 24, 2018 – In honor of the SOBEWFF, celebrity chef and successful restaurateur Jose Garces and successful restaurateur, and one of the Food & Wine Best New Chefs of 2015, Chef Katie Button join a South Florida favorite at the brand new Three in Wynwood, by beloved South Florida Chef Norman Van Aken, for a unique Spanish feast. Garces is the force behind several Basque-inspired concepts in the Northeast – like Tinto, Ortzi, Amada, and others – and this fiercely talented trio re-imagine everything one thought to be true about Spanish cuisine during the special Festival dinner.
