Shabbat Dinner Curated by Joan Nathan – Featuring Michael Solomonov, Michelle Bernstein, Zak Stern, Adeena Sussman, & Tony Coddington at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour
Miami Beach, FL – February 23, 2018 – In celebration of the SOBEWFF, legendary pioneer of Jewish culinary culture Joan Nathan hand-picked some of her closest friends and hosted the Festival’s very first Shabbat dinner at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. Together, chefs Michael Solomonov, Michelle Bernstein, Adeena Sussman, and celebrated baker Zak Stern served up classic dishes featuring the elevated touches that have made them some of the biggest names in Israeli cuisine. Led by Nathan herself, this extraordinary cohort of specialists shared not only their kitchen prowess with the guests taste buds, but also the knowledge and traditions that have inspired them throughout the years.
