Miami Beach, FL – February 22, 2018 – Whether from a street corner or a white-tablecloth restaurant, tacos remain one of the hottest food trends out there! Chef Rick Bayless is the seven-time James Beard Award-winning behind several successful Chicago restaurants, New York Times’ best selling cookbooks, an Emmy-nominated Public Television series. In fact, even the Government of Mexico has given Bayless the Mexican Order of the Aztec Eagle – the highest decoration bestowed on foreigners whose work has benefitted Mexico and its people. He returned to SOBEWFF to host our fan-favorite tacos and tequila fiesta. The festival rounded up an all-star cast of taco tastemakers, poolside at Loews Miami Beach, to bring the guests some of America’s best offerings at this popular late-night soirée. The variations included lechon, carne, pollo, and more. The late night soirée left guests with their taste buds satiated.
