Miami, FL – January 13, 2018 – Faena Rose members joined Chef Jim Lahey, the first-ever recipient of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Baker, at the Miami outpost of his NYC institution, Sullivan Street Bakery. Guests joined for an intimate, hands-on master class to learn the bread-making process Jim has spent a lifetime mastering. During the class, Jim shared tips and tricks for his innovative no-knead bread method that ignited a worldwide home-baking revolution and stories about the hand-cultivated wild yeast from Italy that started it all. Rose members took home signed copies of The Sullivan Street Bakery Cookbook and the delicious, fresh bread they made straight out of the oven.
