Bal Harbour, FL – December 8, 2017 – Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour celebrated Art Basel hosting Dao-Yi Chow & Maxwell Osborne, the Creative Directors of Public School. The afternoon event featured a Q & A with Rachael Rusell Saiger and the designers, focusing on the evolution of the brand and its inspiration. The conversation on how “fashion can do good” continued as Gabriella Smith and Annette Felder from the Upcycle Project were invited to join the panel to discuss their sustainability collaboration with the Public School designers. The packed house of guests enjoyed bubbly from the limited edition bottles Chow and Osborne designed for Moet & Chandon’s Nectar Pink Rose, delicious passed bites and a sneak peek of Public School’s Resort 2018 Collections. In addition, proceeds from the sale of a PSNY-Saks silk-screened T was donated to The Hurricane Maria Community relief & Recovery Fund.
