Daniel Boulud

Miami, FL – March 7, 2010 – Chef Daniel Boulud hosted a intimate wine tasting at db Bistro Moderne in Miami Wednesday night. Daniel featured the cuisine of his native city of Lyon, along with Rhone Valley wines made by his good friend, Jean Luc-Colombo, including St. Peray and library vintages of the internationally-acclaimed Cornas, poured from large formats. The four-course French bistro dinner with Roasted Main Scallop, Duo of California Squab, Trio of Lamb and Chocolate Palet will be paired with four wines including the 2009 St. Peray, 2007 Cornas “Ruchets” (Magnum), 2005 Cornas “Ruchets” (Magnum), 2005 Cornas “Ruchets” (Magnum) and 2001 Cornas (Jeroboam).
