Louver House Opening Celebration

Miami Beach, FL – August 30, 2017 – Louver House, designed by celebrated local architect, Rene Gonzalez, celebrated its completion with an intimate soiree held at the boutique property. Hosted by the developer, Mast Capital, the evening gave guests a glimpse into the lifestyle afforded by the building’s residents, who have already started to move in. Guests were able to tour the finished spaces including the louvered bungalow entryway, one of the premier corner units and the rooftop deck that overlooks the neighborhood’s treetops and Art Deco buildings. Tours with Rene Gonzalez and the CEO of Mast Capital, Camilo Miguel Jr., gave guests an insider’s perspective on some of the curated touches like the upscale reveal walls, wet rooms, kitchens by Ornare and high-end fixtures by Dornbracht. One amenity at the forefront of the evening was the value of the neighborhood with its proximity to the beach and world-class restaurants. Guests were able to view the branded golf cart that will transport residents to and from the beach along with a paddle board, an added amenity to the property’s offsite Beach Club.
