Athletix Rehab & Recovery Showcase 2017
Miami, FL – July 19, 2017 – Athletix Rehab & Recovery opened their doors to celebrate over a year and a half of business, send off some of their professional athletes and raise money for Easley’s Awareness, a nonprofit organization founded by NFL player Dominique Easley, as a way to help raise awareness of Fibromyalgia, a complex chronic pain disorder common amongst individuals; including Dominique’s sister. Athletix’s goal is to provide functional rehabilitation with an emphasis on manual therapy, corrective exercise, performance-based sport-specific exercise and postural re-alignment, in order to expedite our patients’ return to activity. In addition to physical therapy, they offer exercise recovery services, which are designed to expedite healing from the trauma that the body incurs as a direct result of intense training. Dr. Sharif Tabbah and Dr. Kyle Krupa have extensive experience treating athletes from a wide variety of disciplines, including the NFL, MLB, NBA, US Olympic sailing, tennis, CrossFit and more.
