Miami Beach, FL – August 19, 2010 – Nicola Siervo is the consummate host. People have been coming to his spots for over 20 years for no other reason than to sit at his table, laugh at his jokes, and to be his friend. The party surrounds him and there is always plenty of EVERYTHING when you are out for a night with Nicola. It never looks like work, but he runs the most successful night clubs and eateries from South Beach to Manhattan. The key to Nicola’s success is that joie de vivre that no other owner, promoter, nightlife impresario, developer, or restauranteur brings to the table. Nicola’s style is all his own, and his individuality is what drives his continued success. The seamlessness with which Nicola hosts a celebrity or model, athlete or actor, socialite or politician all comes from a genuine place, which is his most valuable asset. I probably have more pictures of Nicola than anyone else on South Beach, because the energy that he exudes forces me to bring out my camera and capture some of my most, lively, fun, and hilarious shots. Whether it was Joia, Mynt, Mokai, Vita, Quattro, Wall, or any of the hot spots that Nicola has owned and operated over the years, his club is ALWAYS the place to be and a place where beautiful people from all over the world come to dance, party, and have the night of their life while hosted by the man who is the best in the business.
