Lionheart Capital Hosts an Intimate “Date With the Developers” of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach
Miami Beach, FL – May 10, 2017 – Miami-based global real estate development and capital investment firm, Lionheart Capital hosted an exclusive event featuring an intimate panel discussion and cocktail reception with partners and developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach Ricardo Dunin and Allison Greenfield. Moderated by Jay Parker, ceo of Douglas Elliman Florida, the event took place within the project’s newly unveiled model residence, Villa Lissoni, the first stand-alone villa in the United States designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Attended by over 150 of Miami’s most elite brokers and renowned real estate executives, guests gathered and listened to a comprehensive dialogue between the developers and the impact The Residences will have on the Miami Beach community. Touching upon their individual background and experiences, additionally each spoke eloquently about the passion, lifestyle and design of the Portofino-style development and why they selected to work with Piero Lissoni on this particular project, over any other architect. “As we live in a very unique subtropical environment, we wanted to work with an architect that would be able to unlock that and design sensitively around the landscape,” said Greenfield, “Piero Lissoni has that factor and is able to create structures that truly celebrates the environment” she adds.
Following, the developers discussed the array of life-enriching amenities that will be offered throughout the expansive, over seven-and-a-half acre property, the unique features and components that will be offered to residents and why buyers have chosen to purchase a residence as their primary home. “Of all the projects I’ve ever been involved in, there’s nothing more relevant, important and exciting than this one,” Dunin said about The Residences. “This is beyond anything we dreamt of. It is unique in that this will be the only time a residential property of this scale will be housed in this neighborhood. The views are protected and will remain untouched. Additionally, you get the luxury hotel lifestyle without the hotel,” Dunin adds. Following the panel discussion guests were invited to ask questions in order to better visualize the project, followed by individual exploration of the project. Upon 2017 completion, the private enclave will feature beautifully designed and exclusive amenities, gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and private marina with 36 private boat dockages exclusively for owners of the 111 condominium residences and a limited collection of 15 single-family villas.
