The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach & Miami City Ballet Host An Intimate Women’s Empowerment Luncheon & Panel Discussion
Miami Beach, FL – April 26, 2017 – The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach and Miami City Ballet hosted an intimate luncheon and panel discussion surrounding women in business and the arts. The private event took place within the development’s newly unveiled model residence, Villa Lissoni, the first stand-alone villa in the United States designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Attendees included Miami’s most elite and influential women who mingled over champagne and indulged in a luxury fragrance experience by Acqua Di Parma. Guests gathered as Allison Greenfield, partner of Lionheart Capital and developer for the expansive residential project, led a thought provoking panel discussion alongside key speakers Lourdes Lopez, artistic director for Miami City Balletand Mamie Joeveer, esq and Miami City Ballet board member. Sharing stories about their careers and experiences that shaped them into the professionals they are today, the three spoke on topics such as the growing interest in the development of Miami as well as the importance of giving back and being an active member in the community. “Miami is growing up,” said Joeveer, “and the way we can continue to drive the city forward is by getting involved and having a key role in the community.” Following the discussion, guests were treated to a sunlit luncheon held in the backyard of the tropical modern property. Curated by Italian restaurant, Casa Tua, the lunch featured an assortment of light dishes including fresh burrata and organic tomatoes, faro salad tossed with cherry tomatoes, celery and shaved parmesan as well as potato crusted salmon fillets.
