Miami City Ballet School Spring Benefit at Villa Azur
Miami Beach, FL – April 22, 2017 – Miami City Ballet hosted its annual Miami City Ballet School Spring Benefit, chaired by MCB Board Member Mamie Jõeveer and Lamis Olsen. The event supported the MCB School Scholarship Fund, which awards nearly $500,000 in scholarships to deserving students. Guests donned their most festive spring hats at a beautiful spring garden reception generously sponsored by Villa Azur, where they enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and wine provided by Frey Vineyards. Notable philanthropists in attendance included host committee members Brian Frontino, Vicky Kamlani, Alan Lieberman and MCB Board Member Margot London, in addition to Miami City Ballet Board Members Kristi Jernigan, Susan Kronick and Claudia Perles . The afternoon included a silent auction with such sponsors as Danny Jelaca Salon, The Setai Miami Beach and Shapoh Fancy Hats and Fascinators, and ended with a thrilling performance by the MCB School Ensemble. Custom gift bags were provided by Acqua di Parma and valet was sponsored by CAR-SERV.
