The Ritz Carlton Sunny Isles Beach Celebrates Sales Gallery Opening

Miami, FL – March 9, 2017 – The developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach hosted a private dinner for top brokers and special VIPs in the project’s new sales gallery, celebrating its official opening. Guests at the exclusive event were treated to a preview experience of life in the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Residences at Sunny Isles Beach, which are slated for completion in early 2019. A joint-venture between Fortune International Group and Château Group, these real estate developers announced the new stunning, ocean-facing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach sales gallery in February. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by acclaimed Florentine architect Michele Bönan, the design of the sales gallery (15800 Collins Avenue) is state-of-the-art, intended to provide a tangible, up-close visualization as to how life in this rarefied offering will look. In addition, visitors will be introduced to the service and lifestyle offerings that owners will enjoy once the property opens.
