Oyster Bash Hosted by Josh Capon & Jeremy Sewall at Lure Fishbar
Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2017 – Whether they hail from Skip Bennett’s Island Creek Oyster Farm on the flats of Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts, the marshlands of Virginia or the glacial waters of Washington State; whether served ice cold on the half shell, chargrilled and sizzling in garlic butter or fried to golden perfection, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Oyster Bash had it all. Hosted by Festival friend and Lure Fishbar’s own Josh Capon along with seafood authority Chef Jeremy Sewall from Island Creek Oyster Bar in Boston and Burlington, and Row 34 in Boston and Portsmouth, this event ignited guests palate with delicious delicacies from the sea with expert wine pairings to enhance the oysters flavor profile. Capon, Sewall, and the Island Creek Oyster Farm team were also joined by fellow friends and chefs to ensure the iconic bivalve bash was enjoyed by all.
