Miami Beach, FL – February 24, 2017 – Two notable television alumni and native Chicagoans came together for a top-shelf culinary journey at this year’s Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Chefs Stephanie Izard and Dale Talde brought their playful and competitive style to guests’ palate during a special dinner at Talde’s namesake Miami Beach outpost, TALDE. Izard, a James Beard Award-winner and FOOD & WINE Best New Chef, is the Executive Chef/Partner of three of Chicago’s trendiest restaurants. Talde, proud son of Filipino immigrants, began cooking at a young age beside his mother in their Chicago kitchen – today, he has namesake restaurants in Brooklyn, Jersey City and Miami Beach.
