Miami Beach, FL – February 23-24, 2017 – The Young Artist Initiative (YAI), Miami’s newest artist driven concept, welcomed over 2,500+ guests to it’s first 3-day exhibition, Complements & Dichotomies at the 1111 in partnership with Lincoln Road’s #OnLincoln series. The Young Artist Initiative (YAI) decided to evoke the study of duality between function and aesthetic in  art, architecture, and design through its exhibition, Complements & Dichotomies. All participating artists  and designers will be presented with the challenge of interpreting the exhibition’s central thesis: How do  aesthetic and functionality converge in the creation of beauty? Guests included Cynthia Ottchen Senior Designer William Lane Architect, Claudia Busch Architect (BBA,  Zaha Hadid, Richard Meier, Bernard Tschumi, Laura Randall scholar Rubell Family Collection, Richie Hell  Faena’s Music Director, and more. Bombay Sapphire was the exclusive partner of the reception. Partners of the exhibition included Bombay Sapphire, Lavish Event Rentals, Simple Vodka, Moet &  Chandon, Evian, Topo Chico, and EMG Productions.
