Miami, FL – February 9, 2017 – TOD’S celebrated the official launch of its 12th nationwide boutique in Miami’s Design District with an exclusive event attended by leading figures in Miami’s social, fashion and philanthropic communities. The event, which was held in partnership with leading contemporary art museum The Bass, featured an art installation by acclaimed Miami-based artist Cristina Lei Rodriguez that was commissioned specially for the launch. The installation features a large hanging painting and a number of hexagonal forms that complement the concept store’s design while simultaneously reflecting Lei Rodriguez’ unique aesthetic and approach, using polished, sculptural pieces seamlessly interspersed among TOD’S fashion apparel throughout the store.
