Tom Colicchio Debuts New Seasonal Menu at Beachcraft at 1 Hotel South Beach

Miami Beach, FL –  January 19, 2017 – Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio–a five-time James Beard award winner– welcomed guests to an outdoor garden party at Beachcraft inside 1 Hotel South Beach to debut the restaurant’s new seasonal menu. Upon their arrival, guests sipped on a special welcome cocktail from beverage director Charles Steadman, before dining on Colicchio’s latest creations featuring delectable dishes such as Snapper with tomatillo, Waygu steak with potato puree, and Spaghetti with heirloom tomatoes and bottarga. Throughout the evening, guests mixed and mingled with Chef Tom Colicchio who split his time between cooking in the kitchen and engaging with enthusiastic patrons. Crafted with a focus on “feel good” ingredients, Colicchio’s new Beachcraft menu is designed to delight the taste buds with locally-sourced ingredients and flavors native to South Florida’s farms and markets.
