Downing travels the globe, tracking trends for Neiman Marcus, front row, backstage and in the streets. A citizen of the world with a global view, Ken is the international ambassador for the brand, interfacing with fashions glitterati and Neiman Marcus customers around the world. Downing presented the Spring 2017 collections at the Coral Gables store. Over 50 of Miami’s fashion set sat front row to hear all about the new trends for Spring. Downing’s stand out trends include, ruffles and flounces, shirting redefined, stripes – linear thinking is in! Peekaboo shoulders and legs, neutrals – whites, creams and khaki’s, with a splash of olive -, and Head-turning earrings – oversized and over the top. For beauty, the Spring 2017 face has a bold, pink lip. All makeup was done Le Metier de Beaute.
