Miami Beach, FL – November 30 – December 1, 2016 – Aria Development Group and businessman and author Alexandre Allard teamed up to celebrate the upcoming international launch of Allard’s “Creative Invasion” with a two-day event held at the beautiful two story beach villa at 321 Ocean residences. Guests received a signed copy of “Creative Invasion” and were treated to hors d’oeuvres during the exclusive event, which featured talks and presentations by Allard and a number of artists and curators. Guests included Aria Development Group Co-founder David Arditi and wife Selen Arditi; Neal Sroka of  Sroka Worldwide Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate; Lady Victoria Hervey, an English model, socialite and aristocrat; and a number of other notable guests. “Creative Invasion” documents the cultural movement Made By…Feito por Brasileiros, an event drawing in over 120,000 visitors who celebrated Brazilian creativity and the revival of Hospital Matarazzo, which had been closed for 20 years. The book features contributions from Vik Muniz, Swizz Beatz, Bernardo Paz, Queen Latifah, Joana Vasconcelos, and many more. 321 Ocean was designed by renowned Mexican architect Enrique Norten, who has won numerous awards including being the first Mies van der Rohe Award recipient for Latin American Architecture in 1998, the “Legacy Award” from the Smithsonian Institution for his contributions to the US arts and culture in 2007  and the “Leonardo da Vinci” World Award of Arts by the World Cultural Council in 2005.
