Urban Land Institute Hosts Miami Condo & Community Development Symposium at EAST, Miami

Miami, FL – November 30, 2016 – Urban Land Institute (ULI) hosted its Miami Condo & Community Development Symposium at EAST, Miami. The event featured a high-profile line up of speakers including Eliot Spitzer of Spitzer Enterprises; Jorge Perez, founder, chairman and CEO of Related Group; and Moishe Mana, president of The Mana Group; along with other condo developers and real estate industry leaders. Among the topics these market influencers discussed were how the US presidency will impact real estate from a tax, infrastructure and investment perspective, new innovations in development, the rise of foreign buyers from markets like Russia and Asia, and what’s ahead for the residential real estate market. The high-caliber speakers included: Ugo Colombo, founder of CMC Group; Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development; Inigo Ardid, co-president of Key International; Silvia Coltrane, CEO of Transacta Developers; Vladislav Doronin, chairman & CEO of OKO Group; Neil Fairman, president & founder of The Plaza Group; Ziel Feldman, chairman & founder of HFZ Capital Group; Spencer Levy, Americas head of research at CBRE; Howard M.
