OLLA Miami Beach Grand Opening

Miami Beach, FL – November 12, 2016 – Miami’s highly anticipated Mexican concept, OLLA by Chef Scott Linquist of COYO-Taco hosted their Grand Opening Party. Media and VIP guests came to sip on tequila and mezcal cocktails poured with Ilegal Mezcal and Cazadores in addition to Mexican beer and wine. Local favorite DJ, Lazaro Casanova spun tracks from his new album “Calle Ocho.”  Chef Scott Linquist and his team also prepared Duck Leg Carnitas Sope with Mole Coloradito, Cobia Ceviche Aguachile and Roasted Beets mixed with poblano style walnut cream served in an endive. Around 11:15 PM, Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson came to congratulate Linquist. OLLA will officially open to the public on November 28th, 2016 just in time for Art Basel.
