Miami, FL – October 5, 2016 – 2016)—Miami’s newest real estate brokerage, Kurz Real Estate Corp, is shining a new light on the realty realm. To celebrate Miami’s newest addition, the company presented an official launch party at the firm’s first and only open-space office located outside the Business Improvement  District (BID) in Coconut Grove. Kurz Real Estate hosted over 100 of the industry and community’s movers and  shakers for a chic cocktail event featuring classical renditions of hip-hop and Top 40 songs from  the South Beach Chamber Ensemble, and a specialty cocktail called “The Kloser”. The Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce performed a formal ribbon cutting ceremony to  officially welcome Kurz Real Estate to the community. Guests were also entertained by a live art activation from Philadelphian fine artist Antonio R. MciLwaine also known as “Arm of Casso” who creates intricate and colorful pieces inspired by urban culture. For the event, he did a live canvas painting of the event hashtag “KEEP  CLOSING” which will be raffled off and delivered to a lucky attendee. Kurz infused their fresh, innovative and entrepreneurial brand into the event with a never done  before 3D printing activation from local architectural engineering start-up Delta Design who on-site, produced reusable cigar labels with the Kurz logo which were placed directly onto cigars  for guests to enjoy.
