Miami, FL – September 14, 2016 – ELV Miami Beach, a luxury venue in the heart of Miami Beach, celebrated their grand opening in style with a Supernova Glamorous Sixties theme to honor the legacy of renowned architect, Morris Lapidus, who designed the venue in 1966. Lapidus, a pioneer of post-modernism and famous for his neo-baroque “Miami Modern” hotels, also designed the Fontainebleau, the Eden Roc and Lincoln Rd. French chef and hospitality expert, Yung Ngo-Hong, joined forces with ELV Culinary for the event.
