The Collection + Carmenate Group Celebrate the Summer Solstice at 4555 Pinetree Drive

Miami, FL – June 21, 2016 – Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman Real Estate along with The Collection Ferrari held a private viewing and test-drive event at 4555 Pine Tree Drive. As guests arrived over a stunning step stone water garden feature into the floor to ceiling glass home entrance, they were greeted with Whispering Angel Rosé and Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial. Guests were also able to sign up to get behind the wheel of the new Ferrari California T, which The Collection Ferrari showcased in a signature Ferrari Rosso Corsa red and an eye-popping Bianco Avus white. An array of delectable hors d’oeuvres handcrafted by LeBasque Catering were provided while guests explored the house and soaked in the experience. Guests reveled over every aspect of the spectacular estate, which was only intensified with the opportunity to drive a Ferrari.

The architecturally distinct home, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Miami Beach, is the creation of Developer Barry Brodsky. The exterior architecture of the home was designed by world-renowned South African firm SAOTA and is the premiere home that SAOTA has designed in Miami. The interiors were designed in collaboration with Nils Sanderson, and are fully outfitted by Brazilian-based firm Artefacto with exquisite furnishings and one-of-a-kind art exhibits further enhancing the stunning home. Adding to the allure, The Collection Ferrari also brought their own beloved, sought after masterpieces for display, the new Ferrari 488 GTB and the F12. With over 85 VIP attendees and more than a dozen test-drives, guests enjoyed the evening with great food, drinks and company.
