Miami, FL – May 17, 2016 – Laguna House at Merrick Park and Ocean Drive Magazine welcomed prominent brokers and key influencers for an intimate breakfast event at Neiman Marcus’ Mariposa Restaurant with historian, author and preservationist, Arva Moore Parks about her new book, “George Merrick Son of the South Wind.” Guests heard Parks share her first-hand discovery of George Merrick’s story, his vision for Coral Gables and how the 13-unit boutique luxury development of Laguna House has kept this vision alive.
