Brickell City Centre Celebrates Week Two of “Trucks & Tunes on the Lawn”
Miami, FL – May 12, 2016 – Brickell City Centre, the landmark $1.05 billion, 5.4 million square foot mixed‐use development in downtown Miami from Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers, celebrated week two of its highly anticipated six-week entertainment program entitled, “Trucks and Tunes on the Lawn”. Located at the REACH and RISE sales gallery lawn, 700 Brickell Avenue, the event featured five delicious standing food trucks, Mr. Bing Miami, Ms. Cheezious, Nacho Biznezz, Sweet Daddys BBQ, Morgan’s Truck and welcomed the Local Poke Boy truck, a new concept of Hawaiian poke who will be opening a restaurant in Wynwood. As the ultimate urban destination for residents and visitors, the event was highly attended by young professionals, families and their four-legged friends. Throughout the evening, families and friends joined in on the on-site games including ping-pong, bean bag tosses and jenga, while listening to the sounds of DZA and a special live performance by Brittany Loynaz from YoungArts.
“Trucks and Tunes on the Lawn” will take place every Thursday from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. through June 9, 2016 and will feature rotating special guests, food trucks, live music and DJs on a weekly basis.
