Miami Beach, FL – April 28, 2016 – Welcoming an affluent crowd of over 500 guests, Terra in partnership with New Valley and Bizzi & Partners Development, unveiled the Eighty Seven Park Sales Gallery.  Located at 8701 Collins Avenue where North Shore Park meets the Atlantic shores of North Beach, the glass enclosed Eighty Seven Park Sales Gallery mirrors the inspired project design conceptualized by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Seamlessly blending the outdoors within, the poetically designed interiors of Eighty Seven Park by RDAI are brought to life in the sales gallery, allowing visitors to be fully immersed into the world of Eighty Seven Park. Food offerings and cocktails were ever-flowing at the opening, and the space stunned with the beautiful décor, exotic florals and custom furnishings by Hermès of Paris. As the Miami sun set on the Eighty Seven Park Sales Gallery, guests flooded onto the wooden deck enjoying crisp ocean breezes and chic beachside lounging. DJ Arkitekt kept everyone in good spirits with ongoing musical styling’s that complemented the evening’s celebratory vibe. Terra President David Martin, made an inspiring toast to Eighty Seven Park that moved the crowd, underscoring the project’s significance and value to the North Beach Community, and Miami as a whole. As champagne glasses were raised to the sky, a striking firework finale erupted, capping off the evening with unprecedented excitement as Coldplay’s “Viva la Vida” played into the night.
