HSBC at Tudor House
Miami Beach, FL – November 9, 2011 – SAVEUR magazine, together with Tudor House & HIGHBAR at Dream South Beach hotel, created an exclusive tasting event for 60 special guests of HSBC Premier on Wednesday Nov 9th. The private reception featured Tudor House specialty dishes and chef demonstrations of the techniques behind their signature Popcorn Milkshake and Lamb Belly. Executive Chef Jamie DeRosa spoke to guests. Following the tasting, all in attendance retreated to the HIGHBAR rooftop lounge for private mojitology session led by mixologist Shane Holbrook. After learning how to make an authentic Cuban mojito, guests tested their bartending skills and enjoyed their self-made cocktails.
