Sunny Isles, FL – March 9, 2016 – Dezer Development and The Related Group commemorated the groundbreaking of the iconic César Pelli-designed Residences by Armani/Casa, coming one step closer to making The Armani Group’s first real estate venture in the U.S. a reality. The groundbreaking comes on the heels of the recent unveiling of the 56-story tower’s spectacular design center. Miami-based Coastal Construction Group, one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast, completed the installation of the pilings needed to support the striking 649-foot tall contemporary glass tower designed by internationally acclaimed architect, César Pelli. Coastal has since commenced a process of deep soil mixing, which is expected to be completed in six months and followed by a massive concrete mat pour. When completed in 2018, the tower will feature over 35,000-square-feet of incomparable amenities across two floors, all exquisitely designed and custom-furnished by the world-renowned Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio under the artistic direction of Giorgio Armani.
