The Trump Group & Chef Makoto Okuwa Celebrate SOBEWFF with Private Dinner at The Mansions at Acqualina
Miami, FL – February 25, 2016 – The Trump Group, led by Eddie and Jules Trump, hosted an exclusive dinner prepared by renowned Japanese chef, Makoto Okuwa, to celebrate South Beach Wine & Food Festival and sales for The Estates at Acqualina thus far. The intimate, invitation-only, seven-course dinner was hosted in the grand salon of the recently completed Mansions at Acqualina. Guests watched as Chef Makoto prepared a seated seven-course dinner for which he cooked in front of guests, displaying his impressive knife and plating skills with Toro Tartare, Kobe Beef Carpaccio dusted with gold leaf, Sashimi Salad, an intermezzo of sorbet, Sushi presented in impressive personal bamboo leaf boats, Sea Bass, Kobe Beef Stake and Mochi as guests stood by in amazement.
